|About This Event|
|Ride leaves from Kyle’s Bike Shop @ 7:00pm so be here 30 minutes early. This is a safe ride in which two categories of speed (B & C) for approximately 30 miles. We will stop halfway through the ride for refreshments. This is a NO DROP RIDE! |
After the ride, we might go for some recovery food and drinks (beer). We will decide if and where before the start of the ride.

Description: Easy E’s INFINITY Coffee Creep. Join Earl & Biron for a mellow, 1-hour beachside ride to recover or loosen the legs up for the weekend rides. They’ll ride up to Starbucks for a coffee along the ride.

RIDE LEVELS (Sustained cruising speed on the flat and level with no wind. Actual speed will vary according to conditions, and may exceed the advertised pace in intervals):
A+ = 21-25 MPH; A = 19-23 MPH, B = 17-20 MPH; C = 15-18 MPH
Riders should be familiar with riding in a group, have a helmet and be prepared to repair a flat. If you are new to the sport and/or are not sure of your capability, contact the coordinator listed below.

Saturdays 8:00 AM:
30 Mile “B”(17-20 MPH) breakfast ride leaves promptly from the Brannon Center, 105 S Riverside Dr, New Smyrna Beach with breakfast at a location chosen by consensus at the start. Save your energy for the Sunday ride, or enjoy an easier pace simply for the joy of cycling. No one will be dropped. Beginners who feel they will be able to sustain the pace and distance are welcome. 30 Mile “A” ride (19-23 MPH) , leaves promptly from the Brannon Center, 105 S Riverside Dr, New Smyrna Beach. There will be higher speed intervals in Sugar Mill after which the group will reconvene at the BP station., in addition, there will be a rest stop at the convenience store in Edgewater.
